Getting active can feel daunting, particularly if you haven’t been active for a while or you have a health condition getting in the way. If you need a helping hand, the Health Improvement Team can offer guidance to help you get started.
You can meet 1-1 with one of our trained practitioners. We will explore the barriers that are preventing you from getting active and support you to increase your activity levels in a safe and realistic way that works for you.
