Eat Better Feel Better can help us make changes to how we shop, cook and eat. From planning meals, advice and recipes there is a wealth of information.

This is an NHS Grampian resource designed to equip those working in a community setting with the skills, knowledge and confidence to help others start to cook. The recipe section includes a variety of meals to try at home.

Setup by the BDA, the Let’s Get Cooking recipes are tried and tested and include recipes for all occasions. Every recipe is suitable to use as a group cooking activity or at home.
