Working alongside the Shetland Family Centre, we support delivery of the Incredible Years programme here in Shetland.
The Incredible Years programme is a free 14-week course for parents and carers of 2-6 year olds – making parenting easier and fun.
The groups are available online or face-to-face, during term-time. All groups run weekly for 14 weeks and include 1:1 phone support. Online sessions last for 1.5 hours and you will need a computer or tablet with good Wi-Fi connection. Face-to-face sessions last for 2 hours and includes free crèche, tea and coffees.
