Suicide is the act of intentionally ending one’s life which can be caused by a number of different factors.
Suicide awareness provides people with a greater understanding of mental health and can help reduce the risk of someone experiencing suicidal crisis. Suicide doesn’t stand alone, it’s the result of something going on and together we can learn the warning signs that someone might be feeling suicidal.
