We are proud to be supporting the Mental Health foundation’s Mental Health Awareness week.

This years focus is on movement, the ways in which moving move can help our mental health. #MomentsforMovement

In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it’s easy to overlook the connection between our physical and mental health. One of the most powerful things we can do for our mental health and overall wellbeing is incorporate movement that we enjoy.

A brief session of brisk walking for 10 minutes can elevate mood, enhance mental alertness, and boost energy levels. Movement fosters a positive perception of our bodies, bolstering self-esteem, while simultaneously mitigating stress and anxiety, and promoting better sleep patterns.

The Mental Health Foundation have gathered some helpful tips and ways to boost your mood by moving more, click here for more information.
