Physical activity is not only good for our physical health, but also has masses on benefits for our mental health. Just 30 minutes a day of physical activity is enough to keep us healthy! Above are just a few of the activities available, if you can't make it to these just remember walking is free and can be done anytime and anywhere! Going to social gatherings, interacting and having a good ol' giggle is a brilliant way to keep our mental health healthy! Did you know that interacting with others increases feelings of well-being and decreases feelings of depression? Not only that, but events like General Quiz keeps our mind mentally active which is great for our health!

 

 

Alzheimer Scotland run a number of events for people with Dementia or for people supporting those with dementia, some of their events for this month are listed below but find out more on theirwebsite:
