Mental Health Support
The theme for the final week of Mental Health & Wellbeing month is support and services.
"Am I depressed? How can I feel less stressed? Why am I so anxious?" These are often questions we struggle with on a daily basis. Sometimes when these questions become too much or we just can’t find the right answers we may need to services to provide those answers for us. We might also have worries about someone else and be uncertain where to get help. If you want to know more about what local services are available to help there is a 'market place' event taking place on Thursday 5th Oct at Mareel between 3pm – 7.30pm. If you have any worries about your mental health please contact your local Health Centre to arrange an appointment.
