We are going to be running Counterweight groups in local areas – joining a group means you get a lot more social support, working together with others who are making similar changes – having support from friends, family or others in your community really helps in the long run. There are no embarrassing public weigh-ins and you’ll have a chance to speak to us at each session if you’re having any problems. We can also do one-to-one appointments for those who can’t attend a group.
