Workplace Risk Assessment and Accommodation Request Form
The ‘Recovery Group’ who are looking at how we move on through the next phases of the pandemic, and working with departments to look at what services and workplaces will look like, and when those things can happen are trying to get a picture of departments’ needs for accommodation reorganisation, relocation or alterations. We know accommodation, office and clinical space is already limited, and the needs for physical distancing will place extra pressure on this.
Please use the COVID-19 Return to Premises Toolkit as a risk assessment to get a better understanding of the needs for your department.
